Shipping Destinations

• Orders ship from the United States.
• Though we ship worldwide. Only U.S. customers are eligible for free shipping with no additional fees for duties and customs.
• We will ship to P.O. Boxes
• We do not do cash on delivery

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 5 business days.
• Shipping times are displayed at checkout and will vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
• Standard U. S. shipping takes 3 – 5 business days.

Shipping Costs

United States:

• We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
• Currently we do not offer Priority and next day shipping. 
• All available shipping methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout.

International (For customers outside of the US)

• All available shipping methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout.
• International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.
• The customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees applied to receive the goods into their country. 
• Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods. The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU.
• The customs value is made up of; the price paid for the goods, the insurance cost, and the shipping cost.

Tracking

• Tracking information will be emailed once the order is shipped.

Missing package

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please follow the steps below first before contacting us.

• Carrier may have placed it in a safer location, please check your mailbox, porch, garage, any area out of potential weather hazards, exterior doors, and any location where the package could be placed.
• Check your mailbox again as some packages come separately from your regular mail.
• Check with others in your house that may have accepted it.
• In some cases, a package may show as 'delivered' but could take an additional 24 hours to arrive.
• If it has been over 24 hours from the 'delivered' status, a service request may be submitted by email or phone call to your local Post Office facility for follow-up. You will receive a confirmation number and they will contact you within 2 - 3 business days.
