My name is Joy Milfort the founder and creator of Beach Snatched. I don't have a fancy story to tell about how Beach Snatched came to be. I'm no big person in the fashion industry or have a name you would recognize. In fact I can sum it up in two sentences. I am an average woman who love swimming but I hated how I looked in my swimsuits. So I did something about it. End of story! 

Seriously I own more swimsuits than anyone should have but didn't love any of them.  So I pulled out my design and sewing skills and started to do some work. It took me over a year working with the fine folks at Arcus Apparel until finally we found the right fabrics, right design and right construction.

I am proud to say this is a high quality garment. We picked from the best we could find to ensure the swimsuit was comfortable, durable and attractive. No Saturday Processing Why?

You may read on our policies page that we do not process orders on Saturday. This is in honor of the seventh day of the week as a day of rest. I believe that God's commandment to keep the Sabbath holy is important and the world would be a much better place if we all took one day a week to rest absolutely.
